About the Role

You will step into a role at the intersection of trade compliance, ESG, and regulatory change, helping a global organization stay ahead of evolving requirements across multiple regions. The legal landscape is moving quickly, and you will combine regulatory monitoring with hands-on advice to support implementation, governance, and continued compliance.

This role suits you if you enjoy translating complex regulation into practical actions and working closely with the business in an international, cross-functional setting. It is an excellent opportunity to influence how compliance work is shaped across trade and ESG areas.

Job Description

You will monitor and assess regulatory developments within trade and ESG.
You will support customs and trade teams with legal advice and process enhancements.
You will provide legal support for the implementation of the 3PDD governance model, including CSDDD.
You will support the implementation of EUDR and EUBR.
You will manage national modern slavery reports.
You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and regions to help secure continued compliance.

Requirements

Minimum 4–6 years relevant work experience from both trade compliance and ESG areas.
Experience from trade compliance matters.
Experience from regulatory supply chain due diligence management.
Experience from working in cross-functional environments.
Good communication skills.
Self driving attitude.

Nice to have

Experience from operational trade compliance tasks.
Experience with related risk assessments.
