Reward Specialist Sweden, Stenungsund

In our challenge to drive forward, we expect the following from you:
You implement and manage, in cooperation with the reward team and the HR Service Manager, products and services within the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Pension & Insurances and International Assignments and Cross-border workers
You will get the opportunity to work on reward projects. The projects can be driven by optimisation of reward packages, changes in labour or tax law, implementation of new HR processes e.g. Flexible Benefits Plans, pay for performance,...
You contribute to the development towards People Reward offerings and support the HR organisation to attract and retain employees at market competitive conditions.
You give advice and communicate clearly in reward related topics to our payroll team, HR Business Partners, line managers and employees and authorities and coordinates/prepares local role classification committees and supports post implementation process
You prepare relevant HR statistics and data in cooperation with our payroll team

... you are a respectful teamplayer with a great eye for details and knowledge of labour law, legal and social tax regulations. We also appreciate a Master's degree in Economics, Social Sciences or Law. Proven experience as a Reward Specialist is a plus but minimum 5 years working experience in the relevant field (HR and payroll). Furthermore, you have a great sense for customer orientation, drive to push things forward and strive to deliver results. You communicate in a clear and effective way in Swedish and in English. Good IT skills (especially excel) are part of your strengths, perferably you have also worked in SAP.
