Your day as a manager in engineering will always focus on the continuous development of your team but it will also entail cross-functional discussions regarding our processes and tools. Your team will work with leading technical information deliveries in multiple order projects together, and you will be there to guide and support them.

As a part of the management team in customer order engineering, you will join a team committed to creating the best delivery to our customers. We work together to implement the strategies of our future.

• Develop the team of sub project managers with coaching and training
• Personnel and budget responsibility for your team, securing that the correct competence is in place to execute all planned activities

• Being a team player with focus on cooperation and building strong partnerships with your interfaces, securing smooth order execution and efficient customer solutions

About the Team

Your team is responsible for leading deliveries of technical information products and consists of sub project managers located in Sweden & India. It is a team of about 25 individuals, both employees and partners. The team has a good mix of experience and tenure, ranging from newly employed colleagues to people with more than 20 years of experience. The team fosters a culture of collaboration and support, working together to solve issues and support personal development. You report to the head of technical information and is a part of the technical information leadership team. We work together to find the best solutions and value everyone’s input. You will join a team where we have fun in our daily work but also come together to solve tough problems and questions.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
