Job Overview

Role Summary

Our client is seeking a Copilot Adoption Specialist to drive the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot across the organization. The assignment focuses on enabling users through structured training, ongoing support, practical guidance, and the continued development of existing adoption processes and support structures. The specialist will also advise the organization on Microsoft Copilot and AI agents, helping different business areas identify effective ways to incorporate these technologies into their daily work.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Microsoft Copilot adoption initiatives and help users apply the tool effectively in their work.
• Plan, develop, and deliver webinars, workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities.
• Create and maintain user guides, instructional materials, and practical support resources.
• Provide user support and advise business stakeholders on Microsoft Copilot and AI agents.
• Coordinate forums and communities that facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration between different parts of the organization.
• Independently manage and continuously improve training and adoption initiatives.
• Contribute to the further development of established working methods, support models, and organizational enablement structures.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Microsoft Copilot: Strong practical knowledge and the ability to advise, train, and support users.
• Microsoft 365: Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its use in a business environment.
• AI agents: Understanding of AI agents is required for advisory activities; hands-on experience with Copilot agents is advantageous.
• Learning platforms: Experience with platforms such as Workday Learning is considered beneficial.
• AI tools: Broader knowledge of artificial intelligence and additional AI tools is advantageous.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful consultant has experience with technology adoption, training, and change management, combined with sufficient technical understanding to support business users. The role requires demonstrated experience independently leading and developing training and adoption activities. Strong communication and pedagogical capabilities are important, as the consultant will translate technical functionality into accessible guidance, facilitate learning activities, and engage stakeholders across multiple organizational areas. Broader AI expertise, experience with Copilot agents, and familiarity with digital learning platforms are advantageous.
