As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly every day, working alongside our chefs, you’ll support with food preparation, organisation and cleanliness while learning how a busy professional kitchen operates. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to develop their skills within hospitality.

• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation

• Help keep kitchen areas clean, organised and ready for service

• Assist chefs during preparation and service when required

• Receive, store and organise ingredients and deliveries correctly

• Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures

• Support with stock rotation and minimise food waste

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas

• Work closely with the whole kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Bring a positive and helpful attitude to every shift

• You have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for food and hospitality.

• You are hardworking, reliable, and always willing to support your teammates.

• You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and enjoy being part of a dynamic team.

• You understand the importance of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• You are flexible, proactive, and happy to take on different tasks when needed.

• You are eager to learn, develop your skills, and grow within the kitchen.

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
