About the Role

You will take on a key leadership role in a robotics environment where operational planning and process development are central to day-to-day success. In this position, you combine leadership with subject matter expertise and help shape how the organization works over the medium term. You will influence planning, contribute to policy recommendations, and support a structured way of working across the function. This role is a strong fit if you enjoy leading through others while driving structure, improvement, and direction in a technically advanced setting.

Job Description

You will lead teams with a clear focus on operational planning and continuous process development.
You will help shape medium-term planning and support decisions that move the organization forward.
You will take responsibility for budget-related work and contribute with policy recommendations.
You will lead through first-line managers and create the conditions for effective execution within the function.
You will balance hands-on subject matter expertise with people leadership and operational direction.

Requirements

Experience leading teams in an operational environment.
Strong capability in operational planning and process development.
