Senior Management Consultant – Feasibility Studies | Stockholm

We are looking for a Senior Management Consultant to lead 2–3 parallel feasibility studies within IT strategy, digital transformation and information security.

Location: Stockholm

Working method: Partial remote, up to 50% remote

Scope: 100%

Start: 12 October 2026

Duration: Until 31 December 2026, with possible extension until 30 June 2027

Required experience and qualifications:

• Competency level 5
• 10+ years of documented experience in management consulting within IT strategy and digital transformation
• 5+ years of documented experience within the public sector
• Experience from socially critical operations, healthcare or relevant authorities
• At least 2 documented assignments involving cloud and data storage strategies in organizations with 5,000+ employees
• Strong knowledge of information security, cybersecurity and information management
• Experience with Service Management and ITIL
• Experience with NIS2, the Patient Data Act and privacy legislation
• Experience leading teams and managing dialogue with business managers
• Experience writing public reports and conducting IT strategy investigations
• Experience developing exit strategies from public cloud and M365
• Experience implementing CMDB in large organizations
• Experience developing guidelines for information storage and backup strategies
• Relevant academic degree
• Relevant and valid certification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GIAC, ISO 27001 or equivalent
• Very good Swedish, both spoken and written
