About the Role

You will step into a broad role at the intersection of customer operations, supply chain and delivery coordination. In this assignment, you will help keep order flows, forecasts and logistics running smoothly while working closely with sales teams, distributors and other stakeholders in an international environment. The role combines daily operational responsibility with opportunities to improve ways of working, which makes it especially interesting if you enjoy both structure and continuous improvement.

Job Description

You will manage orders and support customer operations from request through delivery.
You will coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to secure efficient deliveries.
You will work with forecasting and demand planning to support planning and decision-making.
You will handle export, customs and trade compliance as part of the delivery flow.
You will contribute to continuous improvements and help develop processes.
You will build strong relationships with global sales companies, distributors and other stakeholders.

Requirements

You have a strong customer focus and know how to build long-term relationships.
You collaborate well across functions and are comfortable working with different stakeholders.
You bring an analytical mindset and enjoy solving problems.
You work in a structured and organized way.
You take initiative, show ownership and have a strong drive to deliver results.
You adapt well in a fast-paced international environment.
You have strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
You have good IT and digital system proficiency.
