Senior Graphic Brand Designer

You will help shape a next-generation visual identity in a design-driven mobility environment. The focus is on refining an existing brand toward a more premium, confident expression and turning that direction into scalable principles across brand, product, and experience. You will work closely with design leadership and contribute hands-on from early concepts to polished execution. This is a strong opportunity if you enjoy combining strategic brand thinking with high-level craft in a complex, high-visibility design setting.

• You will develop visual identity concepts and creative directions.
• You will translate strategy into clear, high-quality visual outputs.
• You will create and evolve design systems covering typography, color, layout, and imagery.
• You will produce visualizations, mockups, and presentation material that support communication and decision-making.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create alignment and maintain a high design standard.
• You will contribute to both concept development and detailed execution across digital and physical applications.

• 10+ years experience in visual identity / brand design.
• Strong portfolio with a premium / luxury aesthetic.
• Experience working with complex design systems.
• High level of craft across digital and physical applications.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with automotive, tech, or luxury brands.
• Experience working across European and Chinese contexts.
• After Effects.
