Electrical & Electronics System Verification Engineer

We are looking to a Tech Problem Solver Engineer with Experience in Electrical & Electronic systems.

Requirements:

-Strong technical problem-solving skills and a genuine commitment to quality

-Ability to lead smaller investigations independently while also thriving in a team environment

-Good understanding of the automotive product lifecycle, from early development and concept phases to production and maintenance

-A structured way of working and the ability to focus on critical details without losing an overall perspective

-Several years of experience in the automotive industry with a technical background in one or multiple EE areas (cable installation, wiring harness, ECUs, software functions, alternators, driver support systems, diagnostics, telematics etc.)

-Investigate and troubleshoot systematic quality issues within EE systems.

-Analyze field reports, technical data, and system behavior to identify root causes, while breaking down complex problems into manageable parts and maintaining a holistic product perspective.

-Experience with tools such as Saber, Catia V5, CANalyzer, CANoe, IPEtronik, or other relevant measuring, simulation, and logging equipment

-Familiarity with Volvo Group processes, methods, tools (Kola, SW Configurator, VDA, etc) and IT systems
