HSE Manager

Cleeven is an Engineering, R&D and IT consulting group enabling our clients support in their R&D efforts and operational excellence. We have know-hows in terms of innovation and R&D in a wide range of sectors: energy, services & banking, aerospace & defence, transportation, pharmaceuticals & chemicals, as well as IT & Telecoms.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for talented and passionate HSE managers.

Your responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating EHS activities on construction and industrial projects
• Conducting site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments
• Managing RAMS processes and ensuring appropriate control of high-risk activities
• Supporting project and construction teams in implementing EHS procedures and requirements
• Investigating incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with applicable health, safety and environmental regulations
• Promoting a strong safety culture among employees, contractors and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Health & Safety, EHS, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS/HSE, preferably within construction or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of risk assessments, RAMS and site safety procedures
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors in an on-site environment
• Good understanding of EHS regulations and management systems
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English

Currently we are recruiting 2 people, one within test and one within development.

This is a permanent employment. Due to the nature of the employment, relocation in Sweden might be considered during your tenure.
