Sales Staff 2 Positions

The Sales Staff supports China Eastern Airlines’ daily sales, customer service and market activities in Sweden.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain day-to-day contact with travel agencies, corporate customers and other sales channels;
• Handle routine enquiries from customers and agents;
• Support ticket sales, promotional campaigns and local marketing activities;
• Collect information on market demand, competitors, fares and customer needs;
• Maintain sales data, customer records and market information;
• Assist with agency visits, customer maintenance and market development;
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments on sales and customer-service matters;
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Stockholm Office.
