Senior Interaction Designer, HMI & ADAS

You will help shape future HMI solutions in an automotive environment where user-centered design and ADAS-related functionality are central. In this role, you work close to developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn complex requirements and product visions into intuitive interfaces that are clear, usable, and ready for implementation.

• You lead interaction design work for HMI and ADAS-related user experiences.
• You create and refine design concepts and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• You plan and carry out user testing and turn insights into concrete design improvements.
• You collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to secure the intended user experience in the final solution.
• You drive design activities independently while balancing requirements, constraints, and strategic direction.
• You contribute to continuous improvement in a Lean Agile way of working.

• Extensive experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer.
• Proven experience from the automotive industry, including HMI development.
• Experience working with and designing interfaces related to ADAS.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Strong skills in user testing and gathering user insights.
• Ability to work independently, drive design initiatives, and take ownership of deliveries.
• Experience working in Lean Agile environments.
• University degree in Interaction Design, Technical Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

• Experience with Android Automotive systems.
• Experience delivering user-centered designs in fast-paced development environments.
• Knowledge of ADAS L2/L2++.
