Spotters for Datacenter Construction Site in Horndal

About the role

NORTHLANE is looking for several Spotters for datacenter projects in Horndal.

As a Spotter, you will contribute to a safe and well-organized working environment. You will work on the project site, observe ongoing activities, and identify potential risks or deviations.

Key responsibilities

• Observe work activities and surrounding conditions to help maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and report risks and deviations.
• Communicate clearly with work teams and contractors.
• Help ensure that instructions and safety procedures are followed.
• Contribute to a safe and well-organized working environment.

We are looking for someone who

• Can communicate in English at work, both verbally and in writing.
• Has a valid driving licence and access to a car.
• Can follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Works well with others.
• Is observant, responsible, and punctual.
• Has the physical ability required to carry out the work, since the role involves extended periods of standing and walking.

Desirable but not required

• Previous experience as a Spotter or in datacenter projects.
• Previous experience in construction, industry, project-based work, or safety-related roles.

Employment conditions

• Project-based fixed-term employment.
• Work location: Horndal.
• Start date: According to agreement.
• The work is mainly carried out during the daytime, but evening and weekend work may occur.

Background screening

The successful candidate will be required to complete a background screening as part of the employment process.
