Educational background / Work experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of Payroll experience

- Good know-how in all the primary Payroll processes and concepts

-Good knowledge on rules for tax and pension

Language skills:

- English and Swedish fluent in speaking and writing

Computer Literacy:

- Proficient in MS Office - Ensures that employees receive the right pay on time and that they receive annual statements under current rules

- Ensures that holiday allowances is paid in accordance with the agreements

- Ensures that the reconciliation takes place in accordance with the tax agency guidelines

- Perform continuous monitoring, updating system (currently Agda) and evaluates the skills needed to ensure that we use the system correctly, and that we have updated knowledge of rules, regulations and agreements in relevant areas

- Provides managers with information on attendance and overtime accounting and works proactively to support managers in matters of working hours, scheduling and deviations

- Is the process responsible for the payroll run

- Ensures that Finance may have the evidence they requires

- Ensures that the payroll department complies expected requirements from auditors

- Is responsible for all report to government such as, Tax authority, Arbetsförmedling, FORA, Collectum, TYA, Skandia and insurance and pension companies

- Assist at budget process and RFC
