Group Manager – Embedded Software Platform & Integration

QUALIFICATION AND PROFILE
Master of Science in Software engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Excellent knowledge within Embedded Software Development
Practice in scaled lean agile methology
Good in strategic thinking
Good overall understanding of the EE/IT systems and Truck functions

THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES
The Embedded Software Platform & Integration team is part of the Global Technology Area of Vehicle Electronics in total 6 teams across three sites (Gothenburg, Bangalore and Lyon).

The main mission for the team is to :
Develop common platform software product for all brands and segments
Build and integrate automotive embedded software
Run ECU level SW automated tests
Support others technology areas with details software engineering knowledge for procurement of ECUs and Software.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be part of a global management team where you will play an important role with the rest of us in contributing to setting vision and strategy for all of Vehicle Electronics as well as working with continuous improvement. You lead technology and people in the Embedded Software domain:
By securing proper resource to deliver project portfolio & create ESW platform
By working in tight relation with lean agile organization to continuously deliver product
