Competence:
7+ years working experience in finance field with FP&A or Controlling
5+ years of reporting or analytics experience or a combination of both
You have failed, overcame difficulties and learned from mistakes
You have experience from driving change in a global environment
You roll up your sleeves, work cross-functionally and collaborate with others
You are driven by an internal curiosity and creativity to utilize machine learning and predictive modeling, keeping on top of business intelligence trends and future technologies.

Right now we are looking for a Director, Business Information and Data Visualization to be part of our Business Control and FP&A team.

Challenge description:
Move beyond compiling data and help tell the story behind the numbers by combining the right visuals and narrative with the right data to stimulate new perspectives and drive change.
Use reporting and visualization to create answers to questions we don’t even know yet – meaning you have a passion to uncover and make connections that are not always so clear to others.
Evolve the existing landscape of reporting and propel critical information needs through robust business and data comprehension and cross-functional partnership and collaboration.
As the head of this team, you are both a leader who can empower, mentor, and build a team but also a ‘roll-up-the-sleeves and get it done’ technical expert .
Act as a product owner for cross functional agile delivery teams in the finance domain.
