About the Role

You will join a spare parts team in an international industrial environment where accurate order handling and smooth coordination are essential. In this role, you take ownership of spare parts orders from handover to delivery, working closely with sales, customers, and internal teams to keep the process efficient, accurate, and aligned with agreed terms.

The role combines order management, customer contact, documentation, administration, and internal coordination. It is a great fit if you enjoy a fast-paced setting with many stakeholders and want a role where your structure and service mindset make a clear day-to-day impact.

Job Description

You will coordinate spare parts orders throughout the full order-to-delivery process.
You will work closely with Inside Sales during the handover from quotation to order.
You will ensure that customers receive accurate order confirmations.
You will prepare and coordinate customer documentation related to orders and shipments.
You will follow up on orders during the delivery process and help keep timelines on track.
You will support correct invoicing in line with delivered orders.
You will maintain close communication with customers and internal stakeholders to create a smooth and efficient order flow.
You will contribute to administrative and operational activities connected to spare parts order management.

Requirements

Completed upper secondary education.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
A structured and service-minded way of working.

Nice to have

Experience working with SAP.
Experience working with OMS.
Experience in order management, customer service, logistics, spare parts, or a similar operational environment.
