PCG Clinical Services AB is hiring a Director Biometrics

To qualify for this role, you should have several years’ experience from the pharmaceutical industry and/or CRO within the Biometrics field and a solid experience from a management position. You have excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP, ISO14155, CDISC and other current and relevant regulations and standards and possess a thorough understanding of strategic and operational aspects within clinical research and development.

As the combined company PCG Clinical Services/LINK Medical is a global provider, you must have excellent skills in both written and spoken English. Being fluent in Swedish is a major advantage.

We are strengthening our organization by recruiting a Director Biometrics. The Biometrics department consists of the groups EDC Management, Biostatistics and Medical Writing.
As Director Biometrics, you will be responsible for the performance and results of the department ensuring that you have the correct staff numbers and team competence, processes, tools and vendors in place to deliver the department’s portfolio of trials.

You will, together with the team leaders of the departments, take responsibility for operational questions within the department. You will also work strategically ensuring that the department is fit for purpose and functioning to the required standards both in the present and as we build for the future.
