Senior Production & Quality Assurance Manager

- Expert level skills testing, procedures, cadence tracking and planning
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM

- A minimum of 8 years of shipping games in the AAA games industry
- Experience with action-oriented games
- Experience with management software and services like Trello, Jira, Devtrack, etc.
- Hands on experience setting up and managing devkits from 1st party developer hardware
- Communication experience with outsource partners within several fields of game development
- Experience in both testing and production
- Experience in First Party certifications
Video game development for PC and consoles using the Unreal Engine 4.


Responsibilities include production related areas such as keeping track of the schedule, cadence and milestones. Interface with publisher and between different areas of outsourcing. Help plan, follow up and review sprints. You’d also be in charge of and have to drive Quality Assurance in regards of handling 1st party dev kits, profiling, hands on testing while also handling external testing with our Publisher. You’ll need to keep track of a bug database, design automated testing routines and handle builds. Building and delivery. In addition, you’ll help out with “IT” related tasks, such as installing software for new PC’s, etc. With what time you have left, you’ll work in Unreal Engine 4 creating in-game assets.
