Supplier Fulfillment Leader

Role Summary:
In this role you will serve as operational owner for the assigned suppliers / GE Healthcare (GEHC) factories and service centers within a region and /or business segment championing supplier fulfillment. These responsibilities include process improvements and cross-functional collaboration focused on order planning to improve material availability and supplier readiness to deliver to customer orders on-time.

Essential Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of strategies to improve signals sent to suppliers to secure on-time delivery for assigned GEHC factory and service center - this includes leading improved order planning and forecasting, supplier performance monitoring and development
Act as point of contact for supplier escalations mitigating risk of GE line down through managing the Red Flag ProcessWork with global cross-functional teams consisting of materials, engineering, quality and sourcing to solve critical delivery problems
Analyse data to identify areas of improvement and provide objective evidence for root causes of late deliveries
Act as sourcing interface for S&OP process and support demand conversion into supplier forecast
Collaborate with Materials team on PO process rigor through clean Oracle data and accurate demand flow improving order planning
Support on standard operating processes and best practice sharing
Overlook part setups including supplier calendars, milk-runs, Circle of Life etc.
Proactively monitor supplier delivery performance and develop improvement strategies
Communicate timely, clearly and effectively across key stakeholders
Drive AWO’s with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
Strong experience in Commercial Sourcing, Material Management, or Supply ChainExcellent communication skills and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships and with internal operational teams
Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
Knowledge of digital tools including Oracle, ASCP, iSP and MS Office
Strong English and Swedish language skills
Valid EU work permit
