Global Project Execution Leader

Role Summary:
This position is responsible forproviding project leadership and driving a cross-functional, global strategythat will improve our logistics strategy andproductivity.

Essential Responsibilities:
This role willpartner and coordinate across a team of business support functions. The primaryresponsibility of this role is to lead, coordinate, and ensure on timecompletion of projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to thebusiness. Develop and implement new strategy’s and procedures thatassure visibility and a productivity road map.Support digitization of current and new processes. As well as is responsiblefor leading continuous quality, compliance and productivity improvementsglobally.

Responsible forpartnering with Project Managers to define project scope, goals, developproject plans, and facilitate execution of the plan to meet business objectives
Lead cross-team projects to drivestandard process methodology, stability, and simplification in processes.Recommend improvements and apply Change Acceleration Process (CAP) methods andall “lean first” principles across assigned critical business initiatives
Present ideas, thoughts, and projects to senior managementand get support on projects and serves as arecognized expert and resource leader for functional focus areas
Develop rigorous control plans; working closely withprocess owners, project champions, and business teams to provide leadership anddirection on the implementation of strategies and processes and ensureimprovement gains are sustained on a long-term basis in a significantwing-to-wing process.
Leading strategy W2W road map through the plants anddistributions
Drive continuous, digitization, productivity &compliance improvements

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor degree (or High School Diploma and significant export operations experience)
Strong Project Management and execution experience
Significant operational logistics experience
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Valid EU work permit

Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics,Materials or Supply Chain Management
Good export regulations knowledge and experience
Solid communication and analyticalskills, including experience with communicating with others from differentcounties and cultures
Ability to energize, develop and buildrapport at all levels within the organization
Proven ability to execute, multi-task,and deliver on commitments
Experience working in a compliant supplychain
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Beltcertified
Oracle order management experience
