Trouble shooting skills

Networking skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Good skills in Swedish & English, both written and oral
Knowledge about and interest for system integration is an advantage
Knowledge about applications TechTool, Prosis, Matris, CareTrack, Co-Pilot is an advantage but not a must
Good knowledge about VCE products is desirable
Knowledge about VCE After Market (Processes & Tools) is an advantage

Software Systems & Soft Tools – Global Technical Support at VCE After Market is now looking for a SW SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Description
Provide support to users (Mechanics, Dealers, Regional users, Global users, other internal users) when they use Support Tool Applications for VCE products
Participate in New Soft Product projects to secure future support

Main tasks
Support users and help them to solve issues with the different Support Tool Applications, and/when needed assign cases to other functions
Be a filter between users and Application owners
Coordinate helpdesk function globally in 4 regions
EMEA – AMERICAS – APAC – CHINA
Continuously inform users and application owners of known issues
Help out with material, information & training during e.g regional Dealer events
Set up Campaigns for VCE products
Assign cases to Back-office when required
