You have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in System science and Informatics/or equivalent working experience as well as excellent English skills. We are looking for a new team member to join the Global Parts Engineering & Information management team in Eskilstuna!

Who are we?
Global Parts Engineering and Information is responsible for the setup, management and visualization of Volvo CE’s spare parts range. We are responsible for supporting all Volvo CE products worldwide, defining the master data for all spare parts.

As a business support manager you are responsible for managing development and maintenance of all IT solutions used within Global Parts Engineering & Information.

As our Business Support Manager you will secure department requirements and demands in systems related projects and initiatives. You will be our interface towards the Business Solution Portfolio Manager and other ITS-functions to write change requests, set system budgets, drive requirements and development of new functions. You will also coordinate a number of department key users, supporting them and the department in general with your expertise. Your in depth knowledge of our IT landscape is critical in keeping us operational and supporting our business.

The position requires frequent travelling.

You will be reporting to the Director of Global Parts Engineering & Information and be a part of the management team.

The Global Parts Engineering & Information team is located in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
