Competences
Degree in engineering and/or business or comparable experience
Customer focused and good analytical skills to understand the true need of customers
Experience from aftermarket business and/or Product management is a plus
Self-motivated and able to manage time and prioritize duties.
Fluent in English since it is our corporate language.
Excellent presentations skills
Excellence in Excel and other Microsoft office applications.

This position will give you the opportunity to be part of a highly diverse and truly Global team with colleagues around the world. We are responsible for strategies, development, pricing and marketing activities of our Parts portfolios.

Description of your new challenge

You will be the leader in a cross-functional environment and drive the profitable growth of our road machinery spare parts and wear parts portfolio. We are looking for a talented entrepreneur with excellent commercial and technical knowledge, a strong drive with an interest for interacting with people in different positions from different cultures. The right candidate has the ability to build trusting relationships and feel comfortable with prioritizing since results will be achieved through your own initiatives and through influencing the wider Volvo CE organization.
Main Responsibilities
Define and execute portfolio strategies to meet market demands, drive the profitable growth and protect our market shares
Decide value positioning in cooperation with the Pricing team.
Actively work with market activities and roll out of enhanced offerings in cooperation with our regional colleagues.
Develop market analysis by gathering competitive intelligence, market trends and identify potential business opportunity.
