Qualifications and Profile
Bachelor Degree (Marketing/Technical/Engineering), or relevant experience
Business-minded with understanding of communication & marketing processes
A good communicator at all levels
Driving mindset combined with project leader ability to create structure, processes, communicate information and follow up on agreement
An analytical and strategic approach to find and implement solutions
Excellent level of drive-for-results through involvement, transparency and commitment
Have a genuine interest in working with people from different cultures and background to achieve a positive and creative atmosphere
Team player used to act in a matrix organization and translate business objectives into actions
Good communication skills both orally and written in English are required

The position reports to Vice President Business Development and will interact with all strategic functions at Volvo Penta.
The Volvo Penta Partner Network (VPPN) is the main Portal of Communication with our Business Partners. It contains all necessary vital information, from products to services and marketing. The VPPN Network Manager is the overall owner of the Total Portal Experience.

As Global Volvo Penta Partner Network Manager you will:
Be responsible for the structure, content and quality, monitoring portal usage and user perception, for the process development and future improvement initiatives
Coordinate and Manage all the related activities in a cross functional matrix way
Establish the stakeholders network across the company
Strategize future development of VPPN through business intelligence
Lead development and implementation of the governing VPPN process
Responsible for the overall ”look and feel” of the Portal
Responsible for the guidelines and standards of the Portal communication
Being the publishing editor for Global Aftermarket organization regarding VPPN communication
Cooperate with the Regions regarding any VPPN enhancements
Initiate and follow up on translations with external consultants
Take part and contribute to creation of VPPN roadmap plan
Support other functions in the company with VPPN competence
