Director & Engagement Executive

As the Director & Engagement Executive you will have the opportunity to work with one of our regional clients.

You will lead the strategy and ownership of highly complex, cross-functional programs, lead resources which may include people, data, processes and financial investments.
You will also have the opportunity to lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to establish vision, objectives, and program strategy, lead cross-functional process and program improvement efforts, and set and manage the financial plan for program.

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
•At least 7 years of experience in program development and management work experience
•At least 5 years of experience managing strategic relationships with healthcare organizations
•At least 5 years of experience working with Cerner Millennium implementation projects

Expectations:
•Ability to travel up to 100 %
•Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
•Perform other responsibilities as assigned
