Requirements
B. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical engineering, Computer Science or recognised equivalent
Experience of electrical integration, verification or validation
Experience within the automotive industry, especially with Autosar-architecture
Fluent in written and spoken English
Previously working with test automation or programming is merit
Truck knowledge is merit Passion for new technology and product development

So who are we?
We are the Group for EMC, Hardware & Framework Verification at Electrical and Software Architecture at Volvo Group Trucks Technology in Gothenburg! In essence we are a group of highly motivated engineers that love our work and use our creativity and current tools to secure product quality. We trust the individual and act as a team, are close to the product and provide an opportunity for professional and personal growth.

And what do we do?
Our goal is to ensure that we have the structure, framework and knowledge to integrate and verify the electrical system at full system level. This covers all from configuration management, tools/automation development, to hands on integration and testing in rigs and trucks. To do this we possess great knowledge in software development, electrical design and verification methods. But the technical development is running quick and we need to expand and get even better.

Why do we do that?
Our mission is to secure that the electrical system (the soul of the truck) is behaving according to requirements as well as Volvos high expectation on our products. The integration team is the first instance to work with new development on a complete system level and have the responsibility to insure that all test objects are in the expected status for further verification.

We do this as a system team in an agile structure, close to the product and in cooperation with many different parts of the organization.
