Role description
We are looking for a Chief Project Manager responsible for execution and launch of the total solutions with a 360 degree business perspective across the Volvo Penta organization.

As a Chief Project Manager you will plan, control and coordinate activities carried out within the projects. You will obtain the necessary project resources from the line organization within the entire company and bring out the best of your team. You are responsible for leading the complete projects in such a way that technical and commercial targets are achieved as planned, and to secure a successful launch of the products.
The position offers excellent opportunities for you to use your own initiative and to carry out continuous improvements to the operation. Your attitude and mind-set will be a key asset for us.
