Business Consultant – Develop Embedded Solutions, GTT - Process & IT

Qualifications
Successful applicants will have business consulting and project management experience in developing processes, methods and tools. A track record in managing change in a global organization is beneficial.

As a person, you are driven, innovative and you have a strong customer focus and a service minded attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility, act with integrity and with a result oriented mind set.

You have 3-5 years’ experience in process development and are an engineering Graduate in Electrical/Automotive Engineering or equivalent. Product development experience within Embedded System and experience in implementation of agile methods is an advantage. Position Description

Process and IT (P&IT) is of increasing strategic importance for the Volvo Group. There are new opportunities that will make us work more global, more integrated and more efficient throughout the Volvo Group and Group Trucks Technology. The P&IT function has the mission to drive process and IT strategy, development, efficiency and implementation for GTT.

The P&IT Develop Embedded Solutions team within GTT Process & IT has the task to lead global Process & IT development Projects within our area of responsibility.
We are now looking for a Business Consultants to join our global team in this exiting journey. The position offers a stimulating and dynamic work environment. Our mission is to implement new or updated process and tools to support the Embedded Solutions area to meet the future in commercial vehicle customer demands.

Main Activities and Core Responsibilities
As Business Consultant you will work in close cooperation with responsible Process Managers, Business Sub Portfolio Managers and Project managers. You will lead studies to explore new opportunities, drive process & IT projects and change management activities to ensure successful deployment and rollout of new processes, methods and tools.
