There is a need for personnel working with optimizing assembly processes through time / method studies and analysis in production. You will participate in product development projects from feasibility study to introduction into production. Your information also includes the investigation and implementation of new assembly processes as well as ensuring the production and assembly easiness of products. You must have in-depth knowledge of own component manufacturing regarding welded components. It is important that you are genuinely interested in the interaction between human and process equipment.

We are looking for you who are a university educated engineer. You have experience from running projects and conducting method studies. We see that you have experience working in a timed production process. You have the habit of working with continuous improvements.

We put great emphasis on your personal characteristics. We are looking for you with great drive and a positive personality where you have easy cooperation. You should have a good analytical ability and work methodically and structurally. You have the ability to see context and prioritize the right questions.
You like to cooperate with others but can also drive and follow up the work individually.
Good knowledge is required in Lean manufacturing and a good ability to express yourself in English and Japanese for speech and writing. Knowledge of Japanese culture and quality methodology. You should also have good knowledge of all programs in Office.
