Project Manager

• Academic degree in a technical field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a Project Management position
• Very good people management skills and leadership competence
• Intercultural competences
• Well-structured personality with entrepreneurial drive (strategic thinking and acting, readiness for innovation and risks, Stakeholder Management, focusing on results)
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Flexible, enthusiastic, motivating and empathic
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
