Education & Experience needed to be successful

• Experience in market research or market analysis activities.
• Customer Service knowledge
• IT and analytical skills
• Appreciation of financial reports
• Strong skill set in the generation of management reports
• Ability to act creatively and grow within the role
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and CRM software tools
• English language
• Knowledge of Electrolux Food and Laundry business

To investigate market potential within respective regions and compare actual Customer Service business level penetration against the installed base.
Provide management data to highlight and compare regional sales against local market opportunity size. Work with existing install base data, sales data and external research to determine and benchmark Customer Service business.
Liaise with financial Business Controllers and regional personnel (country managers, service sales managers) to provide meaning full comparisons of business penetration for Food and Laundry business. https://professional.electrolux.se/
