Education and Experience
At least 3 years of relevant work experience within Supply Chain/ Logistics
Excellent understanding of Supply Chain process
Experienced in production planning
Fluent in Swedish and English

We at Electrolux keep on expanding and we are now increasing our Planner/Buyer team with a driven and ambitious person who is also willing and able to grow together with us.

A regular day at work:

Manage and develop the inbound supply chain in the factory. Achieving the highest raw material/component availability at lowest cost and inventory.
Overall responsibility to participate in sourcing, perform part set-ups, and place purchase orders for materials necessary to support the operation
Primary contact with the supplier (in their assigned commodities) when ordering parts and advising of changes in the production schedule. Tracks changes (availability, and lead times) within the assigned commodities and executes MPS signals to support the value stream.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily analysis of material needs to the factory
Send call offs to the suppliers and follow up deliveries
To visit suppliers together with the departments for Strategic Purchasing and Quality in order to improve and develop the suppliers
Plan the internal manufacturing of components
Refill stock for Spare Parts and for the factory in Thailand
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
