Head of Quality Swe+Fi

We are looking for someone to take over the position as Head of Quality for Sweden and Finland since our colleague moves on to a new challenge within Wipro Infrastructure Engineering.

As Head of Quality you are responsible for:

* Operation and maintenance of existing ISO 9000 and 14000 multisite certificates

* Plan and ensure the implementation of internal audits at all sites

* Support in implementation and training of Q-tools in all locations

* Drive FMEA and make it a live document

* Facilitate New Product Introduction (APQP) framework deployment

* Quality assurance in specific customer projects

* Customer facing role when customer is being serviced from multiple Plants

* Participate in field quality meetings and Product Improvement Process at Technology Center in Skellefteå

* Law coverage on existing and new environmental regulatory requirements

* Support in sharing key knowledge within the Geo’s and across Geo’s, including use of the Knowledge Management Portal

* Support all locations on applicable ISO Deployment

* Drive MSA and Process Capability wherever applicable

You will work closely with the Quality & Environmental managers in all locations whom report to their respective Plant Manager. You will report functionally to Head of Global Initiatives who is based in India.

Requirements:

You have a background within mechanical-, production- or industrial engineering with thorough experience from a Quality Function both from a product and an ISO-standard perspective. You have good knowledge of 7QC tools and we will consider a green- or blackbelt certificate an advantage.

If you already have knowledge from working with APQP or FMEA it will be an advantage.

Additional information

You will be located either at our Plant in Perniö, Finland or at the Plant in Ostersund, Sweden depending on your choice.

This is a position that will require rather extensive travelling, approx. 30-40 days/year.
