HR Business Partner

As our new HR Business Partner you need to have experience of the area, preferably from a manufacturing business, along with an academic degree. You know how to build long-term professional relationships with unions and reach good results in collaboration with others. Proficiency in both English and Swedish is a requirement.

An ability to take initiatives, excellent communication skills and capacity to enthuse and instill trust in others is of importance as well. We value your genuine interest in technology and humans. Your sense of businesses as well as ability to make wise decisions will come in handy as well.  Do you want to become a strategic business partner and manage human resources related question in an equally local as global business?

With focus on Competence Management and Performance Management you will ensure that locally adapted goals and global strategies align. Other parts of your responsibility will be to create synergies of competence and profitability, introduce HR processes and develop leaders as well as coworkers within our business unit.

You will report to the Line Manager with a functional line to the HUB HR. Expect a stimulating challenge where you will support our managers and be provided with the opportunity to apply your people skills and holistic view.  ABB unit Control Products in Sweden, manufacture contactors, soft starters, pilot devices, arc guards and machine safety products. We belong to the global Protection and Connection business unit.

In Sweden we are located in Västerås, Kungsbacka and Stockholm and there are appx in total 380 people working for Control Products in Sweden. We are now looking for a new HR Business Partner, located in Västerås.
