Fintech Programmer - Job Description
Location: Västerås, Sweden
Job Purpose
In this role, you will have multiple responsibilities including solution and software design and architecting, software development, hands-on coding, accountability for code quality, n-tier solutions, and complex system integrations. You will have end to end responsibility of the solution and ensure seamless integration and implementations. Coordination between different teams from different countries and manage their tasks. Also you will be responsible for maintaining the PCIDSS certification.
Required Skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent technical, team building and communication skills.
• Work closely with the team leaders and product managers, infrastructure and development teams to help deliver innovative, world-class fintech solution.
• Responsible for end to end implementation of software deliverables in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Supervisory and management responsibilities and mentoring junior team members with code and documentation reviews/walk through.
• 10 plus years of large scale system development experience. At least 6 years of experience with fintech platforms.
• Deep understanding of the Visual Studio, .NET Framework, ASP.Net, ASP.NET MVC, C#.NET, SQL Server, LINQ to SQL, Entity Framework, WCF, MVC, Java, Eclipse and SQLite.
• Experience in Scalable Restful services.
• Must possess strong Object-Oriented Programming & analytical skills.
• Solid experience with Visa direct and mobile APIs.
• Must have strong knowledge of VISA acquiring, clearing and settlement processes.
• Very high productivity and effective time management in assignments.
• Should be able to work under pressure and immense workload.
• Should be focused and have leadership qualities to manage other team members and guide them properly.
• Must have solid experience with end to end PCI DSS complaisance and certification requirements and processes.
• Experience with Agile development processes and practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Urdu is a must for collaboration with offshore team members.
• Experience in android application development will be a plus.
