Chief Financial Officer

The successful candidate will preferable have 5-10 years working experience in manufacturing industry, a relevant university degree and experience from managing Pay-roll.
You are fluent in Swedish and English and possess a high proficiency in ERP, Qlickview and MS Office.

Huhnseal AB is in an expanding phase and we are now looking for a Chief Financial Officer to our site in Landskrona. As a CFO you will be a member of the Huhnseal Management Team and report to the CEO. You will manage and lead Local Finance Department and have a central role in the Huhnseal organization. The main responsibilities are:

• Support the Line Management, the MTU Group CFO and the Board of Directors
• Business controlling; Manage reporting, planning, forecasting and product costing on Business Unit level.
• Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information within the Huhnseal organisation.
• Support in Pay roll- and HR systems.
• Local company/business unit tax planning, cash management and financial risk management.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, accounting conventions and principles as well as corporate guidelines.
• Risk analysis and maintain appropriate insurance coverage Huhnseal AB is a Swedish company that develops and manufactures mechanical seals for the modern process industry. At the site in Landskrona, sealing solutions are designed, tested and manufactured for the global market. Our customers are found in a wide range of businesses such as pulp & paper, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, mining, general process and in the offshore industry. Huhnseal AB has a long tradition and experience of manufacturing customer specific solutions for the OEM Market.
