Senior Software Developer

LOGE AB is a small, innovative company headquartered at Ideon Science Park in Lund, Sweden with additional offices in Cottbus, Germany and in Częstochowa, Poland.

Our products and services range from engine simulations, combustion chemistry, exhaust aftertreatment, 0D simulations to various optimization methods and 3D Kinetic Monte Carlo modelling. We support our customers in research and development in a unique way. We set new standards, deliver innovative approaches and enable sustainable product development for the automotive industry.

Our highly qualified employees come from the fields of mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemistry, physics and computer science. Our goal is to help automotive engineers with our innovative software products to develop better, cleaner, and more sustainable solutions in the areas of in-cylinder combustion and exhaust aftertreatment.
We are currently looking for reinforcement in our software development team to help building the new state-of-the-art solutions for our customers.

Exciting tasks await you
• Development and implementation of code optimization solutions
• Development / implementation of new scientific models
• Management of the development team

Your skills
• Successfully completed university studies in computer science or mathematics
• Several years of experience and expertise in one of the following topics:
o Fortran programming
o C ++ programming
o Front-end development of graphical user interfaces (Qt)
• Proficient in oral and written English
• Communication skills, team spirit and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

Preferred skills
• Experience in the area of development of optimization algorithms
• Experience in the programming of neural networks
• PhD degree in Combustion modelling
