Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst

What You Will Work On

• Capture and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear requirements
• Break down requirements into epics, features and user stories
• Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization
• Facilitate backlog refinement
• Plan and lead requirements workshops
• Map and document business processes
• Ensure requirements are clear and well-anchored with stakeholders
• Ensure requirements are ready for development
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and developers
• Create alignment between business and technical stakeholders
• Present requirements and proposed solutions clearly
• Support continuous improvement of the development process
• Use AI in the development process and inspire others to adopt effective AI-supported ways of working

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst
• Experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and developers
• Strong experience in requirements management
• Experience facilitating workshops
• Experience with process mapping
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and communicate complex business logic
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into understandable development requirements
• Experience using AI in software development
• Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken
