Location HR Business Partner to HVDC unit

As our HR Business Partner you need to have education within the field, preferably through a degree and if possible in combination with leadership experience. You have a background in HR and deliver excellent results in collaboration with others. If you have previous HR Business Partner experience it is regarded as an advantage. It is also advantageous if you have experience from working in large global businesses and/or have operational HR experience. Since you will be working in both a local and international environment it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken alike. As a person you are aware of your strengths as well as of your areas of development. To be successful in this position you need initiative and excellent communication skills in combination with enthusiasm and confidence. We also value your genuine interest in people as well as your business mind and ability to make sound decisions. It is equally important that you work well with others and have a modest and respectful attitude to people you work with. In the position you will be responsible for successfully combining competence as well as business strategies, the implementation of HR processes and also work with leadership development in one of our business units. This is a temporary employment for approximately one year, during one of our HR Business Partner´s parental leave. You will be part of HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) in Ludvika, a business unit within ABB’s Power Grids division located in Ludvika. The unit develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. This ABB developed HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. HVDC is also used to connect power systems.
