We are currently looking for a talented, digital enthusiast to help drive this digital transformation journey.

The location for this position is Sandviken, and extensive travel of about 50% is a natural part of the role.

Your mission – leading digital transformation to ensure successful business development
As a Digital Transformation Officer, you drive the implementation and uptake of our digital tools and raise awareness of our programs by engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You ensure on time delivery of projects in accordance with work scope and budgets, and be responsible for managing the risks and changes necessary to deliver these products. You work closely with the Product Manager for Digital Solutions and collaborate with relevant internal teams in the execution and delivery of these plans.

Your character – driven doer with a passion for IT and communication
We are looking for someone with a university degree in Business or Technology, and at least three years’ experience from working in a role with similar responsibilities. You have experience from digital service and product development in a technical or commercial perspective, and it’s a plus if you also have project management experience. A genuine interest for IT is important in this role, and it’s advantageous if you also understand web technologies. As we operate on the global stage, your communication skills in English must be advanced, verbally and in writing.

You’re a result-oriented problem solver, and your structured and analytical approach enable you to work under pressure – changing direction when needed and working on a wide range of client projects simultaneously. Your natural communication skills are key to success in this role, as you enjoy managing others and building relationships with stakeholders.
