• You will support business development with market intelligence, strategic analysis, and local business insights.
• You will identify and assess new markets, customer segments, growth areas, and business opportunities.
• You will analyze market white spots and evaluate their commercial potential.
• You will contribute to the development and execution of local business strategies and business plans.
• You will translate global priorities into relevant local strategic initiatives.
• You will provide local market input that supports broader strategic direction and decision-making.
• You will analyze market needs, trends, competitive dynamics, and possible solution areas.
• You will support strategic initiatives from early analysis through implementation and follow-up.
• You will collaborate closely with business and functional stakeholders to move strategic activities forward.

• Solid experience in business development, strategic planning, market analysis, business intelligence, or a related area.
• Experience identifying and evaluating new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
• Strong analytical ability and experience turning complex market information into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience supporting or developing business strategies and business plans.
• Ability to translate broader strategic objectives into concrete local initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build productive collaboration across functions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex or specialized business challenges.
• A structured, proactive, and commercially oriented way of working.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience from an international industrial, technology, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
