Managing Partner

To lead technology and data strategy for the business, overseeing infrastructure, data and reporting standards, technical project delivery, and process automation, while supporting sales and developing the technical capability of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technology and data strategy, including process optimisation and sales enablement
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, data frameworks and reporting standards
• Manage project scoping, solution design and delivery, including statement of work creation, testing and documentation
• Identify and introduce new technologies to improve efficiency and support growth
• Standardise ETL and data processing across the business
• Support automation initiatives across delivery and reporting workflows
• Drive recruitment and onboarding for technical roles
• Deliver internal and client training on data handling, reporting and BigQuery
