About the Role

This role gives you a central position in project procurement, where you will secure subcontracts for offshore and onshore installation services in a market shaped by technical complexity, delivery pressure, and commercial risk. You will work close to project teams and internal specialists to make sure subcontracting supports quality, safety, and timelines while aligning with overall business strategy.

You will be the go-to person for subcontracting activities within the projects you support. That means balancing commercial terms, contractual details, scope, and planning in a way that creates the right conditions for successful delivery. You will move in a cross-functional environment with many stakeholders, where clear judgment and structured execution matter. It is an interesting opportunity for you who want to own critical procurement decisions in business-driven projects with visible impact.

Job Description

You will lead subcontracting activities for offshore and onshore installation services within projects.
You will secure safe and cost-effective subcontracts that match project needs and company strategy.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure subcontractors are in place with the right quality and at the right time.
You will drive commercial discussions and contribute to contractual dialogue together with legal experts.
You will assess scope, timelines, and technical aspects to support strong procurement decisions.
You will help strengthen procurement ways of working as part of a continuous improvement journey.

Requirements

You have experience in procurement and/or sourcing.
You have worked with complex subcontracting.
You have project management experience in a cross-functional setup.
You are comfortable handling commercial and contractual discussions together with legal experts.
You understand technical scope and time plans well enough to support sound subcontracting decisions.
You hold an M.Sc. degree in business, engineering, economics, or a similar field.
You have a commercial mindset and the drive to secure the right agreements in a challenging market.
